Parson's Rest is a Home Stay Ministry established to serve Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists
and
Missionaries. We are here to serve you and to minister to
your needs. Parson's Rest is a refuge from the pressures of everyday
ministry. We provide a
place for you to rest and reflect on the goodness of God. You can enjoy the peace God gives here by walking the
beautiful 20 acres, resting on the benches placed throughout, or by
sitting on the front porch with a warm or cool drink as you take in the
expansive mountain view.
You can spend time alone seeking God in our Prayer Cabin, reading,
watching anointed videos, or listening to uplifting worship
music. If you desire, we will pray with you, counsel, or just listen to
your concerns. We are dedicated to serving the Lord's servants.
Morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the mountains often
affords a view of the wildlife in the area, including the many deer that
inhabit Roane County.
Fishing is productive in the pond at Covenant Cove at the base of
Napping Hill.
Twenty acres provide space for walking and communing with our Lord.
